Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc (CIVIL) Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 7-10 Years on relevant field
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Architecture, Engineering & Steel Farms.
∎ All the Civil Engineering & Construction Works
∎ Capable to run/supervise civil construction part of project site
∎ BOQ (Bill of quantities) includes all project items descriptions, preambles, pricing of items.
∎ Preparation of B.O.Q template in CSI master format.
∎ Projects specifications in CSI master format.
∎ Selected Materials specifications and data sheet to implement in BOQ and specifications.
∎ Prepare the estimated project B.O.Q.
∎ Provide a detailed Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q) for each site contract
∎ Determining project requirements, quotations.
∎ Recommend acceptance, provide advice, and recommend revisions to specification documents.
∎ Represent the Specification Unit and participate on committees related to specification document development.
∎ Identifies and compiles from contract documents all quantities and specifications of materials required for the project.
∎ Knowledge Architecture product and materials application method.
∎ Write technical specifications for the architecture Element's according to SCI master format, including code --compliance for new construction projects
∎ Familiar with International tender preparation & e-GP tender preparation.
∎ Male candidate is preferable for the post.
∎ Preferable to foreign project work experienced
∎ Computer knowledge must include related software.
∎ Candidate should be well appearance and organized
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
∎ Must have patience and competence to work under pressure.
∎ Candidate should have intension to work anywhere in the Bangladesh.
Salary: Negotiable
