∎ Ideally, the candidate will have higher education in civil engineering/construction. Alternative areas of qualifications will be considered. The key skill requirement is the Mandarin dialect of Beijing.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: HSK4,HSK3,HSK2
∎ Skills Required: Chinese Language, Civil Engineering, Must be fluent in written and verbal Chinese
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chinese Language, Civil Construction works, Civil Engineering, Speak fluent Chinese
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Overseas Companies, Multinational Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Project-based contractual job.
∎ Contract Duration: 2 Years. (maybe extended by the Company, if required)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as a communication interface between the GWT and Mandarin dialect of Beijing speaking Chinese managers and site foremen
∎ Provide administrative support to the civil construction team, site manager, project assistant director, project director and others as required
∎ Maintains team minutes of meetings, communicating essential information, coordinating actions, obtaining expert input, reviewing open issues and action items, contributing information to team meetings and reports.
∎ Analyzing Information & data inputting, general mathematical skills, presentation skills, verbal communication in English & Chinese/Mandarin, written Communication in both English & mandarin, analytical tools, attention to detail
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
∎ Familiarity with the construction industry is desired, but not essential.
∎ Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills are needed
