Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
∎ Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
∎ Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
∎ Perform preventive maintenance on motors, transformers, circuit breakers, control panels, and other electrical components.
∎ Read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to diagnose issues.
∎ Collaborate with other maintenance and engineering teams to optimize system performance.
∎ Install new electrical components and upgrade existing systems when necessary..
∎ Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
∎ Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repair services.
∎ Keep records of maintenance work and provide updates to management.
∎ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks
∎ Chinese language fluency is mandatory
