∎ Strong knowledge of export regulations, supply chain logistics, and business expansion strategies
∎ Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive business performance
∎ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
∎ Must be proficient in both Bangla and English

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborating with the Managing Director (MD), CEO, and executive team to develop and execute long-term business strategies
∎ Developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and growth
∎ Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the company
∎ Ensuring efficiency in e-commerce order fulfillment, delivery, supply chain, and logistics management
∎ Must have experience in managing large teams and multiple departments
∎ Developing strategic operational plans to drive company growth
∎ Supervising departmental activities and evaluating overall performance
∎ Improving supply chain, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution systems
∎ Ensuring customer satisfaction and design service improvement plans
∎ Making strategic decisions on software integration, automation, and technology adoption
∎ Implementing cost management strategies and optimize profits
∎ Working closely with Business Intelligence (BI) and Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) teams
∎ The COO will oversee the company’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong operations, supply chain management, and strategic planning background. This role requires a leader who can optimize business processes, expand market reach, and strengthen our presence in both local and export markets.
