Job Responsibilities:
∎ Board Administration and Strategic Management:
∎ • Seek informed consent of the board in matters of strategic importance to the company matters having long term financial impact on the company.
∎ • Implement the capital and operating plans that support the strategic objectives as approved by the board
∎ • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the management team and employees of the company
∎ • Keep the board and shareholders informed on all matters of strategic importance to the company
∎ • Implement expansion plans by the board
∎ Financial Management:
∎ • Develop annual capital and expenditure budgets for the approval by the board
∎ • Ensure appropriate financial controls are in place to monitor and authorize the usage of funds, in accordance with approved budgets.
∎ • Ensure the timely preparation, disclosure, reporting and communication of financial statements as per the applicable standards.
∎ • Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting and auditing
∎ • Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
∎ Human Capital Management:
∎ • Responsible for HR policies, organization structure as required for the company and the project
∎ • Recruit, lead and facilitate the project team for achievement of the project development goals
∎ • Increase the effective utilization of the human capital by implementing effective HR policies, plans and manuals.
∎ Stakeholder Engagement:
∎ • Represent the company as required, including participation in key industry events and public meetings
∎ • Responsible for partnering with all key off-takers in order to build the business and grow it sustainably over time.
∎ • Maintaining relationship with government organizations, lending institutions, project partners etc. as required for operations of the company
∎ Project development and execution:
∎ • Development of marketing plan
∎ • Development of project procurement plan
∎ • Development of Project execution plan
∎ • Development of Project monitoring and evaluation plan
∎ • Development of O&M plan
∎ • Statement of project cash flow

Additional Requirements:
∎ Work experience in solar energy sector will be preferred.
∎ Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly

Salary: Negotiable
