∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ B. Architecture / B. Sc in Civil Engineering or more from BUET or any other recognized public University with excellent track record
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Project Management/ Co-ordinator, Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Smoothly run overall operation of the organization, achieving targets within time & taking full responsibility as next to CEO
∎ Determine to Design studio practice and interested to take it globally
∎ Take overall professional operation at such stage where employees can share profit
∎ Ability to face all challenges of the organization and motivate team members
∎ Leadership experience in a creative professional organization
∎ Yearly budget preparation and implement to achieve the target with team
∎ Who prioritize carrier with combination of money, respect and social attachment
∎ Long term working interest with organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of applicable local building codes, environmental and safety laws.
∎ Additional MBA degree would be taken as advantage
∎ Employee of Real Estate or Developers Company are discourage to apply
∎ Should have excellent analytical ability & command in related software operations
∎ Excellent Communication Skills both in Bengali and English.
