Responsibilities & Context:

∎ 1. **Strategic Planning and Execution**:
∎ - Develop and implement strategies for operational growth and efficiency aligned with the company’s objectives.
∎ - Formulate and execute plans to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
∎ 2. **Supply Chain Management**:
∎ - Oversee the procurement of sanitary and bath ware products and materials from Principal.
∎ - Manage logistics and distribution to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
∎ 3. **Vendor Management**:
∎ - Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
∎ - Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
∎ 4. **Operational Efficiency**:
∎ - Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency in areas like order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.
∎ - Implement systems and technologies to improve operational performance.
∎ 5. **Quality Assurance and Compliance**:
∎ - Ensure that all products and services meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ - Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
∎ 6. **Customer Service and Relations**:
∎ - Oversee customer service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ - Address and resolve major customer issues or complaints in a timely manner.
∎ 7. **Financial Management**:
∎ - Develop and manage budgets for operational areas, focusing on cost control and profitability.
∎ - Analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
∎ 8. **Team Leadership and Development**:
∎ - Lead and manage operational staff, including customer service, logistics, and supply chain teams.
∎ - Implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
∎ 9. **Innovation and Technology**:
∎ - Identify and implement technological solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
∎ - Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
∎ 10. **Risk Management**:
∎ - Develop and implement strategies to mitigate operational risks, including supply chain disruptions and compliance issues.
∎ - Ensure effective contingency planning and crisis management processes are in place.
∎ 11. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
∎ 12 - Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, to ensure alignment of operational strategies with overall business goals.
