Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing every day business activity, including sales, marketing, admin and IT
∎ reporting to the CEO and preparing reports for them
∎ Collaborating closely on all business-related issues with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer
∎ Conducting employee evaluations and, if necessary, creating corrective action plans
∎ Creating and putting into practice the policies, processes, and business plans required to support the expansion of the enterprise
∎ Setting corporate performance targets in collaboration with the leadership team
∎ Fostering and offering chances to the organization's emerging talent
