∎ We are seeking for a dynamic, talented, honest, and dedicated and Visionary Leader for COO role to lead the business in the right track.
∎ Work location: Head Office (Dhaka)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating and implementing the company or organization's vision and mission
∎ Provide inspired leadership company-wide
∎ Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy
∎ Report to the board of directors and keep them informed
∎ Ensure an effective working relationship with the Chairman and the Board by meeting or communicating with the Chairman on a regular basis to review key developments, issues, opportunities and concerns
∎ Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals
∎ Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan
∎ Act as the primary spokesperson for the company
∎ Develop the company's culture and overall company environment
∎ Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
∎ Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale
∎ Oversee the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
∎ Work with senior stakeholders, chief financial officer, Head of all departments, and other executives
∎ Work closely with the human resource department to ensure great hiring
∎ Work closely with SCM to maintain good relationship and Liaison with Suppliers, finding new vendors and ensuring optimum supply of raw materials
∎ Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
∎ Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
∎ Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company.
∎ Oversee the Plant operation and guide Plant head to ensure the smooth operation of the plant as well as production efficiency.
∎ Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 50 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 20+ year proven track record in Pharmaceutical Industry. 5-7 year experience as Pharma CEO/COO.
