Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS and advanced degree required (MPH or Post-graduation in Gynae/Obs or Reproductive Health or any relevant discipline)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ 15 years 'experience in reproductive health care particularly MR/PAC and experience interpreting clinical information for practical training and application
∎ Training, facilitation, and mentoring experience
∎ Experience and understanding about improving quality of care and quality assurance
∎ Experience in strategy and policy development in an international organization.
∎ Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills with experience in profiling and representing an organization.
∎ Experience in health systems strengthening initiatives and policy advocacy
∎ In-depth understanding about public health systems and structures of the country
∎ Experience in leading technical team
∎ Strongly prefer clinical experience in developing countries
∎ Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
∎ Experience working in a non-profit organization
Salary:
∎ Ipas Bangladesh will offer an annual salary of BDT 4,645,524 - 4,877,800 and other benefits as per organizational policies.
