Job Context:
∎ Currently J.K. Memorial Hospital is looking for a suitable CMO for Raozan, Chattogram.
∎ Service status: Hospital indoor and outdoor services.
∎ Duty station : Gohira, Raozan, Chattogram.
∎ Candidates must agree with: Serving 8 hours per day with one day off per week.
∎ Leave and other benefits: J. K. Group Medical Policy.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all Hospital activities (Indoor & Outdoor) and services are implemented and running smoothly, including pharmacy and laboratory, OT, X-ray, USG services.
∎ Review clinical activities at the hospital on a continuous basis and ensure provision of services is in line with overall goals and objectives of the Hospital.
∎ Participate actively in hospital assessments including verification of different reports in different departments of the hospital.
∎ Play a supportive role during technical health facility supervision visits by senior management, donors and third-party monitoring teams.
∎ Assuming responsibility for overall clinical care at the hospital.
∎ Ensuring that Hospital management and infection prevention and control procedures are being applied by Hospital staff according to a strict protocol.
∎ Providing direct patient care for daily basis.
∎ Providing on the job training knowledge to Hospital staff.
∎ Directly assisting in the recruitment of consultants, doctors, nurses working in the hospital and fulfilling their needs.
∎ Providing services in strict compliance with the guidelines issued by WHO & National Health Policy of Bangladesh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional Roles:
∎ Admit and treat moderate to severe cases as per protocol.
∎ Complete all Hospital management strictly following IPC guidelines & procedures.
∎ Refer severe cases to referral hospital.
∎ Maintain pleasant working relationships with administration, consultant, doctors, nurses, support nurses, support staff.
∎ Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities as may be prescribed by management.
