∎ Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, supervisors, and managers.
∎ Establish policies and protocols to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
∎ 2.Operations Management:
∎ Oversee daily maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations.
∎ Optimize resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
∎ Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.·
∎ 3.Customer Satisfaction:
∎ Act as the point of escalation for complex service issues.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.
∎ Drive initiatives to improve service quality and responsiveness.·
∎ 4.Financial Oversight:
∎ Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance and service operations.
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
∎ Analyze financial performance metrics and implement improvements.·

∎ Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
