Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automobile from Govt. recognized Polytechnic institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing support and assisting the Principal of VTC Dhaka to plan, manage and supervise the VTC's operation and Instructional program.
∎ Supporting and assisting Instructors in classroom management, discipline, safety, and curriculum.
∎ Assisting the Principal in the area of administration, financial, and human resource management.
∎ Giving proper guidance to the Instructors in preparing all types of programs required for imparting practical training and assessment under CBT&A system.
∎ Assisting the Principal in the area of recruiting, hiring, supervising, supporting, developing, evaluating and disciplining staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 5-7 years of experience as Chief Instructor/Asst. Manager/Sr. Instructor in a reputable TVET centre.
∎ Sound knowledge on NTVQF and CBT&A system.
∎ At least 2nd division/class in all public examinations.
∎ Proficiency in computer applications is must.
∎ Good command in English language.
∎ High interpersonal skills and coordination skills.
∎ Strong interest in the needs and development of the children and youth.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable for exceptionally deserving candidates.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After probation period of 06 (Six) months, upon confirmation, incumbent will be entitled to receive regular Salary Scale along with Festival Bonus, Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity, Children's Education Allowance, Group Insurance (Death & Accidental) as per existing policy of the organization.
