Job Responsibilities:
∎ Everyday Guide Fitter/Asst. Fitter to maintain all sort of periodic & breakdown maintenance of mill machineries.
∎ Engaging fitter/assistant fitter to repair or replace spare parts as per requirement according to food safety regulations.
∎ Observe and guide fitter/assistant fitter proper roll profiling & polishing as per requirements.
∎ Take necessary action if any faulty noise come from machine.
∎ Keep spare parts stock up to date and assist engineer to raise store requisition timely.
∎ Keep record of daily work and share it to mechanical head.
∎ Assist all sort of project related work to mechanical head.
∎ To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by management from time to time.
