Education:
∎ Master’s degree in any discipline with computer literacy and ability to use computer in a technological platform.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ The Chief Fire Safety Officer/Fire Marshal shall be a person of proven capability, having good training and schooling with at least 10 (ten) years of experience in dealing with fire. Preference may be given to retired Fire Service & Civil Defence (FSCD) personnel. Capability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, supervisory experience and well conversant in computer applications.
∎ Willingness to work on holidays and after office-hours as necessary.
∎ Third division/ class/ equivalent CGPA of the candidates in any educational level will not be accepted.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist and prepare an effective fire safety plan adhering to the government rules and policies.
∎ Develop, implement, and monitor the fire safety guidelines and ensure instructions are properly followed at NSU.
∎ Initiate, facilitate, and promote activities of fire safety awareness programs within the campus.
∎ Conduct fire and evacuation drills on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure the availability and state of preparedness of fire command crew during emergencies.
∎ Train the Fire Warden/Fire Crew to implement the fire plan adequately.
∎ Supervise the Fire Wardens/Fire Crews and ensure alertness of the crew at all times.
∎ Any other task assigned by the NSU Authority.
∎ Job Description:
