Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Bachelor in Civil Engineering from any Recognized University.
∎ Bachelor in Civil Engineering from any Recognized University.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong background in civil engineering, construction, project management, or real estate development.
∎ Experience with tendering, bidding, BOQs, and contract negotiations.
∎ Preferable experiences in land development, dredging, large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
∎ Skilled in strategic planning, business development, and making high-level decisions to drive growth.
∎ Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
∎ Familiarity with land acquisition, permits, taxation, labor laws, and dealing with government bodies (RAJUK, BIWTA, LGED, PWD, REHAB etc.).
∎ Excellent client relations and partnership-building skills with government, corporate, and international stakeholders.
∎ Knowledge of modern construction technologies, and digital project management tools.
∎ Strong team leadership with experience in managing diverse workforces and handling workforce development and labor relations.
∎ Experience handling project delays, political risks, legal disputes, supply chain disruptions, or financial downturns.
∎ RN Enterprise, a first-class government contractor, construction firm, and real estate company, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who meets the following requirements:
