∎ Solid experience managing medium to large teams and complex operations.
∎ Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide strategic leadership and oversee all day-to-day business operations including fabrication, installation, engineering, HR, sales, and administration.
∎ Develop and execute long-term growth strategies in both local and international markets.
∎ Lead the marketing team to develop effective campaigns, partnerships, and sales growth initiatives.
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of the factory and optimize production and installation processes.
∎ Manage joint venture partnerships and foreign investor relationships, including financial and technical collaborations.
∎ Supervise and guide the internal management team (Golam Mostafa, Debashish, Rokeya, Masud Rana, Arafat, and Mintu) toward company goals.
∎ Report directly to the Board of Directors and manage shareholder expectations.
∎ Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.
∎ Drive innovation in design, fabrication, and customer engagement.
∎ Inter Project Limited is a well-established aluminum fabrication and installation company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. With a newly constructed 11,000 sq ft factory equipped with modern machinery (cutting machines, milling, punching, etc.), and a skilled workforce including engineers, architects, and technicians, the company is entering a growth phase. It is also involved in machinery production for aluminum fabrication and is in the process of forming a joint venture with a reputed Chinese company.
