∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Designing, Interior Design, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Design/Printing/Publishing, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as a Team Leader of Interior Design team of Concord Architects & Interior Decor Ltd. (CAIDL).
∎ All kind of Concept development & design preparation for interior as well as real estate.
∎ Prepare presentation/ technical proposal/ sample board to respective clients for approval.
∎ Detailing of any Layout/Design for proper Estimation as well as execution.
∎ Determine project function and conceptual costing as per clients demand.
∎ Organize working team for site survey and give them directions.
∎ Monitoring drawing process based on field measurement.
∎ Distributing work among Architects and CAD Operators.
∎ Specify material specification.
∎ Follow up costing process.
∎ Provide necessary support to ensure sample collection and delivery.
∎ Take sample approval from client, along with marketing team.
∎ Close contact with execution or concern site in charge to ensue proper execution.
∎ Market Analysis for proper product knowledge and provide new product/concepts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Vast knowledge in the area of Interior Decor
∎ Up to date knowledge on Global Interior Decor
∎ Expertise in space planning
∎ Business aptitude
∎ The ideal candidate should have hands on experience on Auto CAD & 3D
∎ Studio MAX.
