∎ M.Sc. in Chemistry from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Plastic Industries

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Manager, R&D planning, managing and executing new product.
∎ Procure and monitor the efficiency of production equipment.
∎ Develop or update standard operating procedures and best practices for production operations.
∎ Develop safety guideline and procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards.
∎ Analyze overall budget and implement cost-optimization initiatives.
∎ Develop new product and features related to TV production.
∎ Develop processing systems for Television products.
∎ Select and specify ingredients and raw materials for product development.
∎ Selection and specify primary and secondary packaging materials for product development.
∎ Conduct plant trial to set manufacturing process for the developing product.
∎ Periodical analysis of product shelf life and set up product shelf life.
∎ Prepare and develop product documentation and process instruction.
∎ Provide necessary documents and other support to cross functional departments.
∎ Ensure all the compliance of raw materials in accordance with legal regulation and company policy.
∎ Report to Manager, R&D.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Practical knowledge about plastic industry.
∎ Knowledge on reporting and documentation by using MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Good communication and leadership skill.
∎ English language proficiency.
