Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Pharm / M.Pharm major in cosmetology, B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate different types of personal care and cosmetics products considering the local and international market need.
∎ Develop, improve & customize product, production support and process validation
∎ Set up/revise and established quality plan for new & existing products as per market requirement.
∎ Scale up new product from lab scale to production scale and process development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have sufficient knowledge about personal care and cosmetics products formulations, ingredient, process paramerters and quality control.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a must in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines.
