∎ RCL currently initiated new major Product lines for Domestics and the South Asian market. The nature of our business is Manufacturing, Sales & distribution having strong marketing channels inclusive of international sales that is completely focused to 100s of Natural Cosmetics, Baby Care, and all kinds of Disinfectant Cleaning & Hygienic products with Industrial Textile Washing product lines which are totally environment friendly. The products will be European standard using high-quality raw materials directly imported from Spain with its superlative original formulation and specialized supervisions of renowned Spanish company "AOVE Lab Spain, S L" Granada, Spain.
∎ Business and structure: Rangpur Chemical Limited (RCL) currently has formed strong automated manufacturing units with strong R & D departments, MIS with a robust IT infrastructure, modern Supply Chain units, nationwide sales, and marketing team has the three types of distribution channels, are wholesalers, retailers, and direct-to-consumer sales and strong after-sales support units to maintain a very good cordial relationship with wholesalers, retailers, suppliers and end-users as well.
∎ Job Location: Factory: Mukimpur , Barodargah, Pirgong, Rangpur, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have sufficient knowledge about formulation, development & strictly maintenance quality of cleaning & cosmetics items .
∎ Must have special QC experience in cleaning & Cosmetics items, like Floor cleaner, Glass cleaner, Toilet cleaner , Skin cream ,face wash , hand wash ,baby care products , Bath Jel/ Shower gel , shampoo & Conditioner etc.
∎ Involve in QC stability testing, prepare and maintain stability records and summaries.
∎ Organize the training of QC procedures to the factory stuffs , monitor the whole process of production and proper reporting with corrective action plan.
∎ Modify and validate analytical procedures to meet QC's needs.
∎ Participate in special projects and department meetings via input, feedback and execution of assigned tasks.
∎ Monitor the performance in all stage of production plant and initiated the execution process of problem solving.
∎ Conduct all QC activities for raw chemical to finish goods as well.
∎ Perform non-radioactive and biological QC on time and record quality of product.
∎ Adapt, maintain and operate analytical instrumentation.
∎ Involve in procedure review and propose modifications and updates.
∎ Ensure work environment is clean and safe complying with safety and sophisticated chemical industry regulation.
∎ Contribute to industrial, R&D qualification and validation activities and support routine maintenance.
∎ Conduct various analytical testing procedures as per manufacturing/QC SOPs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ 3-5 year/s working experience in Cosmetics and toiletries.
∎ Candidate's residential accommodation must be arranged in the vicinity of the factory.
∎ Must Have to sign non-disclosure agreement with the company .
∎ Well conversant with MS Office , internet , some essential application software , ERP System and Windows operating system.
∎ Good communication skill.
Salary:
∎ BDT 15,000 to BDT 20,000 ( Based on work experience ) .
