∎ Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment operation
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

∎ Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform chemical and physical analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
∎ Conduct quality control tests using laboratory equipment and instrumentation
∎ Interpret test results and provide feedback to production teams for process improvement
∎ Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and proper functioning
∎ Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality issues
∎ Document test results, procedures, and findings accurately
∎ Stay updated with industry regulations and standards relevant to Plywood & Door manufacturing
∎ Must have knowledge about mitigating and minimizing process related cost
∎ Conduct R&D for new product development & existing process improvement
