Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Chemistry or B.Sc in Chemical Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Process, Research and Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sample product analysis and development of the formulation of the product (Hot melt & water base Adhesive).
∎ Conduct continual testing, improvement and scaling of products.
∎ Develop concepts, products and solutions by coordinating and collaborating with marketing and operation departments.
∎ Troubleshoot problems with manufacturing processes.
∎ Sourcing for right material and machinery for adhesive & glue production.
∎ Documentation of all phases of research and development works.
∎ Establish safety procedures for those working with chemicals.
∎ Evaluate equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
∎ Follow up proper lab testing of materials as per requirement.
∎ Perform any other type of special assignments which may be assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Applicants should have minimum 2 years experience in production, formulation experience in reputed adhesive and glue manufacturing industry.
∎ Extensive knowledge of Adhesive like as such as Hot Melt Adhesive, Water base Glue, Rubber base Glue etc.
∎ Knowledgeable of the ISO Quality System.
∎ Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office, email, internet etc.
∎ Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
