Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc in Chemistry / B.Sc in Chemical Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for adhesive and glue analysis and product development.
∎ Responsible for all kinds of chemicals storing according to the standard.
∎ To work on development of different type of adhesive & glue process in the production line.
∎ To conduct continual testing, improvement and scaling of the products
∎ To Develop concepts, products and solutions by coordinating and collaborating with marketing and production departments.
∎ To trouble shoot problems with manufacturing processes.
∎ To source for right material and machinery for adhesive and glue production.
∎ To prepare & preserve document all phases of research and development works.
∎ To follow up proper lab testing of materials as per requirement.
∎ To perform any other type of special assignments which may be assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants should have minimum 2-3 years experience formulating for thermoplastics adhesive & glue with an extensive knowledge of Adhesive like as such as Hot Melt Adhesive, Water base Glue, Rubber base Glue etc.
∎ Production formulation experience in an adhesive and glue production including quality control and processing, with the ability to provide process improvements.
∎ Knowledgeable of the ISO Quality System.
∎ Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office, email, internet etc.
∎ Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
