∎ Masters in Chemistry from any reputed University

∎ Excellent Leadership Skills is required.
∎ Sincere, Energetic & ability to do work under pressure.
∎ Ability to do work unusual hour for company's need.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, hardworking & honest.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation.
∎ Must have excellent communication skill.
∎ Must be adjustable with factory environment & able to do shifting duty.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Standardization of spectrometer by standard sample and spectrometric analysis of furnace sample, LRF sample, final billet sample, scrap sample or re-bar sample etc.
∎ Routine maintenance of spectrometer.
∎ Planning of spare parts and their optimum use.
∎ Check the chemical composition of sample and if any deviation found from standard chemistry then immediately inform to concern person (melter/shift in charge-production).
∎ Monitor Production Process relevant to Quality Issues.
∎ Analysis of water, Ferro Alloys, sponge iron etc.
∎ Assessment of laboratory equipment and chemicals.
∎ Checking of technical specifications, data, test reports etc provided by manufacturers.
∎ Allocate duty to subordinate and man management.
∎ Maintaining ISO and Production related documents preparation in time.
∎ Monitoring lab premises neat and tidy.
∎ Supervision, Monitoring and keep all shift-wise documents up to date on time.
∎ Report to Higher Management through proper line time to time.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the superior.
