∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chemical Industries, Chemical Process Plant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct research, planning and implementing new projects and development of new products.
∎ Innovate policies and production processes required for manufacturing of new products.
∎ Developing cost effective and competitive products.
∎ Troubleshoot processing problem to find out root causes.
∎ Building cost effective and alternative suppliers for all raw materials like additives, fillers and pigments etc.
∎ To resolve any quality complaint issue.
∎ Documenting all the research work and preserving the documents in organized manner.
∎ Any work assigned by higher management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-3 years of experience in any manufacturing industry.
∎ Candidates having experience in polymer & Plastic industry will get preferences.
