Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor processes in shoe manufacturing companies with supplied raw materials and chemicals.
∎ Adequate knowledge on shoe manufacturing-related all chemical and raw material mixture ratio.
∎ Having knowledge for sample breakdown, extraction, preparation & instrumentation of Shoe Company.
∎ Performing Trial run and verifying accuracy of a test result.
∎ Provide support and coordination between buyer and supplier maintenance activities to ensure maximum profitability.
∎ Bringing to the notice of the supplier if any discrepancy in the test material, method or raw material/chemical.
∎ Evaluate the current production activities of the customer and make recommendations for improvements.
∎ Develop and sourcing the best raw material and chemical to improve shoe production capacity, quality and reliability.
∎ Identify and create business development with the new customers of shoe manufacturers in Bangladesh and abroad.
∎ Other duties may be assigned by the management or required for this position.
