Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes
∎ Establish safety procedures for working with dangerous chemicals
∎ Develop processes for separating components of liquids and gases, or for generating electrical currents, by using controlled chemical processes
∎ Design and plan the layout of equipment
∎ Conduct tests and monitor the performance of processes throughout production
∎ Troubleshoot problems with manufacturing processes
∎ Evaluate equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
∎ Estimate production costs
∎ Others responsibilities as assigned time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong technical writing ability
∎ Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills
∎ Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, lean manufacturing etc).
∎ Competent user of spreadsheet and database software to compile, analyze, and present data.
∎ Ability to execute tasks on its own
∎ Minimum five years' experience in production process
∎ Project management experience in Dish Wash liquid, Toothpaste, Shampoo, Soap, Talcum Powder and Detergent (Powder & Liquid) etc. is preferred.
Salary: Negotiable
