Responsibilities & Context: Experience At least 5-8 years Additional Requirements Age 25 to 45 years (Experienced chef age limit will be relaxed ) Experience in the coffee Shop, catering, Fast food shop, Cake, Pasty, Bakery, Hospitality business. Strong knowledge of Bangla, Continental, Thai, Indian, Grilling, Frying, and all kinds of desserts with other cooking techniques. Responsibilities & Context Design innovative and seasonal menus while considering customer preferences and trends. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company operational standards. Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes. Source high-quality ingredients while maintaining cost efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Control food costs by managing portion sizes and reducing waste. Must have a team-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively with others. Should be willing to accept management decisions respectfully and maintain a positive professional attitude. Must demonstrate cooperation, discipline, and the mentality to work as part of a team.
