Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Provide academic and administrative leadership to the College of Nursing.
Oversee curriculum development, program evaluation, and accreditation processes.
Ensure adherence to national and international nursing education standards.
Mentor and evaluate faculty and staff.
Lead research initiatives and promote scholarly activities within the college.
Maintain collaboration with clinical partners, hospitals, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure effective student advising, support, and academic guidance.
Manage departmental budgets, resources, and strategic planning.
Represent the College of Nursing at university committees and external meetings.
