Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic and administrative leadership to the College of Nursing.

• Oversee curriculum development, program evaluation, and accreditation processes.

• Ensure adherence to national and international nursing education standards.

• Mentor and evaluate faculty and staff.

• Lead research initiatives and promote scholarly activities within the college.

• Maintain collaboration with clinical partners, hospitals, and regulatory bodies.

• Ensure effective student advising, support, and academic guidance.

• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and strategic planning.

• Represent the College of Nursing at university committees and external meetings.

• Foster an inclusive, ethical, and supportive learning environment.
