∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain good liaison with the suppliers, forwarders, and banks for completing the documentation on time to smooth import.
∎ Able to handling all logistics activities related to import/export products for e-Commerce business.
∎ Able for preparing documents as per L/C terms & conditions and follow up till the return of the documents value and trained up the staff to follow up.
∎ Handle Banks & C&F agents, shipping lines, Transport Agents (Truck Company), and other import-related organizations.
∎ Maintain archiving of customs documents based on legal requirements;
∎ Able to maintain Import shipping documents checking (e.g. Air Way Bill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Country of Origin Certificate, Bill of Lading, Shipping Certificate, Compliance Certificate & renewal of each documents regarding import.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills of Logistics Management, Planning, supply chain management will get preference.
∎ Excellent business communication skills.
∎ Well conversant with MS office applications.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in Bengali & English.
