Educational Requirements:
∎ The prospective candidate should have an MBBS with MPH or relevant Postgraduate Degree in Hospital & Health Management or MBA from recognized Public/Private University. Higher degrees will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ CEO/DMD/ED will lead all internal & external operations and will have the following major responsibilities:
∎ Must have capability and experience to lead 100 to 250 bedded hospital.
∎ Responsible and ensure delivering the best quality of patients care.
∎ Formulate and implement Clinical Policy and Procedures (CPP).
∎ Develop a relationship with outside organizations, including the medical community, referring physicians and the media.
∎ Develop, establish, and direct the execution of operating policies to support overall hospital objectives.
∎ Oversee all administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations.
∎ Oversee risk management and legal activities; client contracts, partnership agreements, leases, and other legal documents.
∎ Lead the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against the set-out goals,
∎ Communicate regularly and effectively and manage relationships with all stakeholders, including management,
∎ employees, vendors, partners, and customers.
∎ Have to act as functional head and coordinate with all departments in hospital for better functionality and will guide, motivate, control and handle employee issues.
∎ Perform other duties specially assigned by the higher authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ At least 15 years among which minimum 5 years as Director or similar role.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital/MedicaI College Administration, Operation and Medical Services
∎ Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty and openness.
