Job Responsibilities:
∎ The CEO formulates the company's budget to accomplish short and long-term financial goals. He reviews sales statistics, financial statements that show profit and loss, and overseas production reports ensuring the organization's financial success.
∎ Proven experience in the manufacturer of construction materials like ceramics tiles, cement, steel,
∎ Excellent business process knowledge and experience in business process modeling, business process improvement, and process analysis.
∎ Monitor overall factory operations
∎ Plan and organize a production schedule
∎ Prepare a report on daily production of finished goods stock, and submit it to the Management.
∎ Maintain stock of raw materials & packing materials etc. for running production and ensure supply for the following day's production
∎ Forecasting weekly usages of raw materials
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of finished products to clients.
∎ Maintain a weekly work schedule of shift in charge, supervisors, permanent & others production workers
∎ Control and Co-ordinate activities of Factory Manager, Sales Manager, Accounts and Finance Manager, Section in-charge, shift in-charge, and supervisors
∎ Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs
∎ Take all necessary actions to control and manage production costs and improve profitability.
∎ Ensure process loss within permissible limited
∎ Make sure health and safety guidelines are maintained at all times in all places.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of workforce, machine, materials, etc
∎ Monitor and Control Procurement of Raw Materials and machinery, building a strong relationship with vendors.
∎ Ensure proper documentation as per company rules and maintenance of departmental files
∎ Liaison with other supporting departments such as mechanical, electrical, etc. for best production performance
∎ Perform such other duties, and the MD may assign responsibilities from time to time.
∎ The candidate should be dynamic, result-oriented, cost-conscious, and conversant with modern quality and production management systems.
∎ Provide solutions to issues (e.g., profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
∎ Ensure product design and development and related R&D activities per the customer requirements and facilitate the marketing department.
∎ Create new dealer/corporate customer/shop in assigned territory.
∎ Drive level best the effort to resolve the market-related problem which the customer raises & end-user level.
∎ Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers.
∎ Explore new areas of sales, i.e., Government, NGO, Deface, and Negotiation with clients for sales closing.
∎ Assign and Manage Sales targets through the Sales Manager and Achieve sales targets to ensure profitability.
∎ Maintaining clients' database.
∎ Prepare and analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
