Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Masters in Architecture or MBA is Preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Interior Design, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Architectural Design, Planning & Lead the Dept. with effective justification.
∎ 2. Co-Ordination among all Consultants in Home & Abroad.
∎ 3. Hypothetical revision for the scope of project & Business Feasibility.
∎ 4. Construction Management, site supervision & overall relevant monitoring.
∎ 5. Design & Illustration Development in different phases even for Outsource Projects.
∎ 6. Drawing produce, Archive & Management.
∎ 7. Quality checking of finishing work, construction & Monitoring till Handover.
∎ 8. Distribution of responsibility among the staffs & takeaway the maximum effort.
∎ 9. Reporting to the management & Honorable Chairman.
∎ 10. Material Selection & recommendation.
∎ 11. Bill, Work Order, Agreement & Logistics Drafts (limited) making, checking & process.
∎ 12. Making major corporate decisions.
∎ 13. Acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations and being the public face of the company.
∎ 14. Organize and operate departmental human resources and assign them to their respective tasks to ensure the company reaches its desired goal with optimum quality and within the time limit.
∎ 15. Oversee and maintain a time schedule from start to handover period for each interior projects individually.
∎ 16. Prepare BOQ for individual projects, maintaining cost effectiveness.
∎ 17. Maintain a regular report on material implementation and workmanship from site supervisors and take necessary steps accordingly.
∎ 18. Handle client meetings and introduce corporate or VIP clients or projects to the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ • Min 5 years' in the similar position & industry and at least 10 years' in a reputed real estate industry or others
∎ • A proven track record of successfully managing revenue operations team.
∎ • A high level of business awareness and acumen.
∎ • Understanding the intricacies of financial management.
∎ • Excellent leadership, communication & organizational skills.
