Education:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering
∎ B.Sc. in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or equivalent (MBA preferred)·
∎ Certifications in Maritime Management, Project Management, or similar will be an added advantage.

∎ Minimum 15 years in the shipbuilding / marine engineering / seafood or fishing vessel industry.
∎ At least 5 years in senior leadership (GM/Director/CEO) roles.
∎ Strong technical understanding of vessel construction, fisheries operations, and shipyard workflows.
∎ Proven leadership in a technical or manufacturing organization.
∎ Strong understanding of international marine regulations and fishing standards.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
∎ Willingness to be based near operational shipyard zones (Chattogram).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide strategic leadership to all departments—operations, engineering, production, sales, and finance.
∎ Oversee shipyard management including vessel construction, dry-docking, and repair works.
∎ Develop long-term business plans aligned with market trends and sustainability standards.
∎ Lead business development for both domestic and international clients.
∎ Build and manage high-performing teams across technical and commercial functions.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry regulations, certifications (e.g., BSCIC, MSC, ISO), and safety protocols.
∎ Report directly to the Board of Directors and implement their directives effectively.
∎ Monitor KPIs, budgets, and P&L performance across departments.
