Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the Company's business operations through a strong chain of leadership.
∎ Capable of brainstorming to develop business strategy and find management solutions.
∎ Remain updated on various changes and development trends to lead the management team.
∎ Strive hard continuously to maximize profit and minimize wastage to attain the target.
∎ Ensure the best quality service to the patients, and clients align with the Company's vision.
∎ Ensure availability of all types of consultants and coordinate quality health care services.
∎ Optimum utilization of resources to uphold Islamic values, culture, and professional ethics.
∎ Mentoring subordinate executives and staff to develop professional knowledge and skill.
∎ Analyze problematic critical situations, to ensure the steady growth of the revenue.
∎ Execute decisions of the Board, prepare updates, and remain answerable to the Board.
∎ Supervising the timely payment of all types of taxes and ensuring renewal of licenses.
∎ Fund management, control of expenditure, and preparing financial statements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 55 years
∎ Total service 25 years, and 3 years of experience in relevant fields as top-level executive.
∎ Executive-level leadership and management training will be considered additional factors.
∎ Extraordinary passion to handle and manage critical events under tremendous pressure.
∎ Effective communication skills to deliver and reinforce the organization's message.
∎ Charismatic motivational skills to develop talented human capital required for organization.
∎ Time management proficiency to ensure accomplishment of the assigned jobs well in time.
∎ Proven experience in top management roles with excellent problem-solving ability, and a strong understanding of business finance.
