Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC pass or above
Job Context:
∎ Duty Time: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
∎ Job Location: UKHIYA, Cox`s Bazar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet Patients or anyone come to the center.
∎ Provide basic and accurate information about the center and its services in-person and via phone.
∎ Operate video consultation between patients and specialized doctors from the center end.
∎ Keep inventory records of laboratory and office items.
∎ Maintain attendance records of the center staffs.
∎ Communicate with local stakeholders (Chairman, Member etc.)
∎ Keep updated records of office expenses and costs. Attend Banks too.
∎ Co-ordinate with Doctor, Nurse, Lab Technician, and others to mobilize the activities of the center.
∎ Increase local awareness about medical services of the center.
∎ Any other center development activities assigned by the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Pleasant and presentable personality.
∎ Should be smart in conversation.
∎ Honest and self-motivated.
∎ Skills Required: Basic Computer skills, MS word, MS Excel, Google Sheet.
∎ Only permanent residents of Cox's Bazar can apply.
