∎ NESL now invites applications from competent candidates for the post C&D Coordinator for employment with our prospective clients working in oil and gas.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer online Competency Management tool and process.
∎ Provide one stop services for all users including training on competency management tool.
∎ Coordinate and tracks individual employees learning requirements, assessments, training, verification & validation and monitor the program.
∎ Demonstrate broad understanding of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) business training objectives.
∎ Participate in structure of new and existing training matrix, database, and programs in place.
∎ Evaluate training resources, develop training strategies based on needs assessments - organizational and individual.
∎ Develop program objectives, content, lesson plans, training aids, exercises, workbooks/manuals, hand-outs, and tests and course evaluations.
∎ Conduct assessment of skills needed for each O&M position.
∎ Coordinate and track role-based training status of the in-scope employees and organize required instructor led training classes to close the gap.
∎ Manage Lesson Learn Sharing to enable skill development for advanced level competency.
∎ Conduct classroom surveys for continual improvement.
∎ Consistently applies advanced concepts and theories in curriculum/program development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ 3-4years industry job experience.
∎ Microsoft office.
∎ L&D program experiences.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Dominant work schedule will be 14 days on/ 14 days off basis. Work Schedule may vary as per Company`s requirement. Yearly two annual allowance/bonus. Cell phone allowance. Group life Insurance coverage. Hospitalization Insurance coverage.
