Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Command and navigate the vessel safely and efficiently.
∎ Ensure compliance with all maritime laws and regulations.
∎ Oversee the maintenance and operational readiness of the ship.
∎ Manage and lead the crew, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
∎ Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency procedures.
∎ Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
∎ Monitor weather conditions and adjust navigation plans accordingly.
∎ Prepare and maintain accurate logs and reports of the ship's activities.
