Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor all agents' calls to ensure quality and adherence to campaign goals.
∎ Take over calls from agents if a prospect needs to be transferred for further assistance.
∎ Follow up with prospects until they are converted into customers.·       Prepare daily call reports and submit them to management.
∎ Collaborate with the social media marketing team to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
∎ Prepare and send regular social media marketing performance reports to management.
∎ Maintain open and effective communication with both the calling and social media marketing teams.
