Job Context:
∎ NOVOAIR Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of CAMO Engineer / Jr. CAMO Engineer for different sections under CAMO Department:
∎ Section 1: Structural Engineering
∎ Section 2: Airframe Engineering
∎ Section 3: Technical Records
∎ Section 4: Avionics Engineering
∎ Section 5: Powerplant Engineering
∎ Section 6: Technical Services
Job Responsibilities:
∎ For Section 1: Structural Engineering: Assist in evaluation of structural damage and repairs, Management of Airframe Dent & Buckle Chart of NOVOAIR fleet
∎ For Section 2: Airframe Engineering: Maintain airworthiness limitations of Airframe, Compliance of AMP tasks, Forecasting and scheduling of base maintenance, Provide assistance in consultation with OEM, Liaise with Technical Services for compliance of any maintenance action, Maintain relevant log books up to date, Management of Landing Gears shop visit, Management of aircraft wise Hard Time components and ensuring their timely maintenance compliance
∎ For Section 3: Technical Records: Record flight hours and cycles on daily basis, Maintaining a monthly status reports separately against each aircraft, engine and propeller, Preserving detailed maintenance records in respect of the Aircraft, Maintaining all records: computer generated soft copy and hard copy, Scanning and keeping all the work orders and check packages in multiple hard drives
∎ For Section 4: Avionics Engineering: Maintain airworthiness limitations of avionics components, Compliance of APMP tasks, Maintain inventory of OCCM components, Provide assistance in consultation with OEM, Liaise with technical services for compliance of any maintenance action, Contract management for repair and overhaul of avionics components, Monitor reliability of OCCM components
∎ For Section 5: Powerplant Engineering: Maintain airworthiness limitations of engine and propeller, Compliance of AMP tasks, Engine and propeller utilization staggering and shop visit planning, Provide assistance in consultation with OEM, Liaise with Technical Services for compliance of any maintenance action, Maintain relevant log books up to date
∎ For Section 6: Technical Services: AMP/MEL Gap analysis and data entry to ERP system, Reliability data collection and system entry, AD, SB, SIL monitoring and compliance, Maintain updated technical publication, Defect and repetitive defect monitoring and subsequent actions etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 03 years of experience is required working in CAMO or AMO, whereas 01 (one) year working in line maintenance
∎ Management of 04 (four) base maintenance events
∎ Proven experience in facing at least 04 (four) C of A renewal audits and 02 CAMO/AMO renewal audits by CAAB in relevant field
