Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls.
∎ Answer the telephone promptly and call potential candidates.
∎ Answering the customers' queries regarding the product or service.
∎ Identifying and solving customers' problems.
∎ Recording any complaints from the customers.
∎ Overseeing the customer service process.
∎ Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
∎ If the customer's problem or complaint cannot be resolved immediately, inform the authorities to take possible solutions.
∎ Informing the customers about various products, services or offers of the Company.
∎ Focusing on maintaining good relations between the Company and the customers.
∎ Maintaining daily work call logs and writing reports.
∎ Checking Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp messages & comments and replying appropriately.
∎ Following communication procedures, policies and guidelines.
∎ Maintaining a pleasant working environment within the team.
∎ Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
∎ Attend training programs regularly.
∎ Other reasonably related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having Diploma in RAC or Electronics will get preference.
∎ Must have an excellent command of English.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Care, and Customer Support through Phone, Data Entry, Marketing, Telemarketing etc.
∎ Must have excellent analytical skills.
∎ Ability to learn about products and services.
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle critical customers.
∎ Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
∎ Excellent knowledge on computer operations (Ms Word, Excel & Power point)
