• Must have basic knowledge and practical experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer communication.

• Candidates should be confident and professional while communicating with customers over the phone.

• Previous experience in Telesales/Call Center/Customer Support will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:

মূল দায়িত্বগুলো হবে:

• Potential students/customers-কে ফোন করা

• Book & Course সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানানো

• Facebook, Website, Form ও WhatsApp থেকে পাওয়া leads-এ call করা

• Regular follow-up করা

• Book,Course admission/enrollment-এর জন্য customer-কে assist করা

• Daily call ও follow-up report তৈরি করা

• নির্ধারিত sales/admission target পূরণে কাজ করা
