Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop a Short term & long term call center action plan
∎ Achievement of periodical target.
∎ To manage & run a designated call team effectively & efficiently
∎ Prepare roaster plan for the agents and daily closing
∎ Call analysis and plan for process betterment
∎ Meeting the target KPI
∎ To train, develop & motivate agents to run the operation smoothly
∎ Maintain the daily inbound and outbound and sales calls target by the teams
∎ Develop call center technology & processes for optimum result.
∎ Regular follow up to ensure smooth & personalized customer service
∎ Formulate & develop strategy for result oriented inbound and outbound call
∎ To ensure excellence in communication using Facebook and other digital platform
∎ Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
∎ Market analysis and find out competitive advantage
∎ Maintain strong relationship with client and vendors
∎ Other job as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Well-groomed personnel with full of enthusiasm having excellent communication skill & aggressiveness to become a successful team leader
∎ Self-motivated & result oriented
∎ Must have good communication skill in Bangla and English with proper accent
∎ Good computer skill is required with good typing skill
∎ Good reading and writing skill in both Bangla and English
∎ To handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining a team and client
∎ Excellent Communication skill with customers
∎ Sense of responsibility and achieve the targets
∎ Quality assure of the team regarding their daily task and call
∎ Good command in Microsoft office and CRM software specially excel for daily reporting
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 year(s) experience in call center operation and management
