Job Context:

∎ Job Location: Head Office/Liaison Office, Dhaka
∎ Reports to: Supervisor, Call Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
∎ Receiving customer complaints and forwarding the complaint to concern dept.
∎ Provide product and service information to customers
∎ Listening and understanding of customers complaint and need to provide suitable solutions to customers
∎ Research the required information using available resources
∎ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
∎ Recognize, document and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
∎ Maintain customer confidentiality
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary
∎ Reporting day to day activities to the concern authority
∎ Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 27 years
∎ Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Call Center.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to stay calm and react effectively while handling customers and emergencies.
∎ Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
∎ Must have good communication skill on Bangla and English with proper accent.
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical skill, problem solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
∎ Should have knowledge of telephone equipment.
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
