∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Support through Phone
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending inbound and outbound customer calls
∎ Giving customer service over the phone
∎ Receiving customer complaint and forwarding the complaint to concern dept.
∎ To provide product information to the customer
∎ Listening and understanding of customers complaint and have to provide suitable solutions to customers
∎ To follow up after sales service related email and replying the email from customers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
∎ Must have to good communication skill on Bangla and English with proper accent
∎ Being able to work in shift & willing to work in Govt. holidays
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical skill, problem solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
∎ Must have to multiple tasking ability
∎ Candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented
