Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To troubleshoot and repair Laptop, Desktop, Monitor, Router, All in One Pc, Printer, Access Control device etc.
∎ To Check and perform replacement procedure of mouse, keyboard, pen drive etc. for customers.
∎ To visit service points of different districts frequently as backup expert.
∎ To visit plaza and distributors to build up relation.
∎ To Learn service policy of different products and provide service accordingly.
∎ To carry out any other tasks given by department senior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practical experience on Computer products, Printer, Access Control service.
∎ Good reporting skill
∎ Must be able to work under pressure
∎ Good communication skill
Salary: Negotiable
