∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English), Good Computer Knowledge, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with Promoter, dealer and Retailer
∎ Handle both Inbound and outbound.
∎ Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails.
∎ Management and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Place customer orders in the computer system.
∎ Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
∎ Provide product and service information to customers.
∎ Analyzing existing tasks, conventions, and processes, and making arrangements for development.

∎ Age 23 to 27 years
