∎ Prior experience in a call center or healthcare setting is highly desirable;Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written);Proficient in using computer systems and relevant software applications;Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism;Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations is a plus;Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.Adaptability to work in other sister concerns, if necessary

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage inbound and outbound calls related to patient inquiries and appointments.
∎ Provide information about clinic services, doctors’ availability, and appointment scheduling.
∎ Assist patients with inquiries about medical procedures, insurance and billing;
∎ Resolve patient concerns and escalated issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the clinic’s database;
∎ Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.
∎ Coordinate with medical staffs to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
∎ Meet personal and team performance targets.
