Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales over Phone Medical Services and Package.
∎ Answering incoming calls from Patients and ensure instant Patients satisfaction on service query.
∎ Responsible for making outbound and follow-up calls.
∎ Respond to Patients inquiries regarding service quality, complaints and feed backs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Get preference who worked as Call Center Executive of Medical, Hospital or Clinic.
